Interior Design in Katy and Cinco Ranch
Katy is the far side of the metro from us and we take work there anyway. The Sunstream Bath is the project on this page; Cinco Ranch, Seven Meadows and Firethorne are the same run.
A primary bath is a good first project in a house we have not worked in before. It is self-contained, the trades are few, and it tells you quickly whether the way we work suits you.

Cinco Ranch is part of Katy rather than a separate town, so a Katy project and a Cinco Ranch project are the same drive for us.
We are honest that this is our longest regular drive. It has never stopped a project, but it does shape the schedule.

What we take on
Scope, and how we work
Most of our work is large. Whole homes taken back to the studs, primary suites rebuilt around one idea, kitchens where the millwork is drawn before the cabinets are ordered. We also take single rooms when the room deserves it.
The drawings, the selections, the bidding, the procurement and the install all sit inside the firm, so you make decisions instead of phone calls. The nine stages are here.
