The two rooms that carry a house
Kitchen and Bath Interior Design in Houston
Kitchens and bathrooms are where a renovation budget concentrates and where a design either holds up or does not. They are also the two rooms where the millwork has to be drawn before anything gets ordered.
Every kitchen in the portfolio answers the room differently. A painted plaster hood over a pro range against a bookmatched marble slab. A mitered waterfall island with the cooktop set into it and no hood at all. A white oak slab hood that carries the whole design on its own.
The bathrooms are the studio's strongest category. Each one is built around a single decision: a beaded chandelier over the tub, a capiz shell pendant, a sage palm wallpaper, a navy grasscloth vanity wall under Moroccan lanterns. The rest of the room is tuned to it.

Common questions
What people ask
Do you design the cabinetry, or specify from a catalog?
We draw the millwork. On these projects the hood, the island detailing, the linen towers and the built-ins are all drawn to the room before anything is ordered, which is why they fit the way they do.
Do you specify a particular quartz?
Cambria is the surface we reach for unless a client asks otherwise, and the studio was the Spring 2025 Cambria Style cover. On some projects the counters are natural stone instead, and the project pages say which where we can confirm it.
Can you do a single bathroom, or is it whole-home only?
We take single rooms. Several projects in the portfolio are exactly that, including a primary bath and closet in League City and a breakfast nook in Mont Belvieu.
