Ambrose Kitchen
The room stayed white and the island changed everything. We built it in white oak with a veined quartz top, then ran a gray herringbone tile from the counters to the hood so the backsplash reads as one surface rather than a band.
Lantern pendants in black and brass hang over the island, and the same brass returns on the cabinet pulls. Open oak shelves sit beside the range for the pieces that get used every day.
