Alvin, TX · New construction and furnishings
Emma Lane Guest House
New construction on a wooded property, built compact and finished properly. The great room runs open to the kitchen under a vaulted white plank ceiling with a single exposed beam.
The kitchen is powder blue against a whitewashed brick backsplash, with oak floating shelves and rattan fretwork stools. The bunk room sleeps four in built-in berths with oak X-brace guard rails. The bedroom carries a full wall of built-in millwork behind a sage green accent.
