Gateway Condo
A complete renovation across a formal multi-room plan. Black and white checkerboard marble runs from the entry hall through the kitchen, laid on the diagonal. The range wall carries a black lacquer hood banded in brass.
The millwork is the spine of this project. The study is lined in near-black paneled built-ins under a stained oak coffered ceiling. The primary bath sets cream inset cabinetry between walnut storage towers. The primary bedroom is wrapped floor to ceiling in dark teal paneling.
